We try our best to ensure that the product you will receive looks like the one on our website, but shades might look slightly lighter or darker. Natural marks on the leather are normal as leather is a natural product.

Please allow 10-15 working days for your product to be handcrafted. Please note this excludes the time taken for delivery via courier. Depending on leather and our supplier’s stock availability the waiting period provided is an estimate only and might change.

We offer a variety of colours for our products, which can be viewed on each item in the shop section of our website.

We only use YKK zips, and all our hardware components are of the highest quality.

Use TALA’s oil as a conditioning and softening agent for leather, developed to restore the natural properties of worn leather. This should be used at least once every three months.

Directions of how to apply the oil: Shake before use, ensure that the leather is cleaned and dry. Apply the oil with a clean cloth.

Yes engraving (name or small verse) can be done for an additional R60. Please note engraving is only done on the toffee colour of leather as it stands out the most.
